How to use this tool
- Use the drop down menus to select a broad ethnic category or a specific ethnic group to see on the map where in London different ethnic communities are located.
- The deprivation chart at the bottom will update to show how much of each neighbourhood is made up of the ethnic group selected. The x axis shows each of London's neighbourhoods' deprivation level.
- We can use this to see which ethnicities are most likely to live in deprived areas
- To look at a borough in more detail, select it from the dropdown menu or click on it in the map. This will show a detailed look at its neighbourhoods, which will be highlighted in the deprivation chart.
