Victoria Speed is a consultant responsible for running ELAN. Victoria qualified as an employment lawyer in 2001, initially working at Simmons & Simmons. She managed the Pro Bono Centre at BPP from 2009-2019, was Chair of Young Citizens' HR Committee from 2018- 2021, is a civil and commercial mediator and a Mental Health First Aid trainer.
