We’re delighted to announce that Dr Rebekah Delsol will join Trust for London as our new director of grants.
Rebekah will lead our social justice work, including our focus on ending migrant destitution, racial justice and disability justice.
She brings a breadth of experience to this position, with a background of two decades on anti-discrimination and racial justice issues. She is also a qualified coach.
Most recently Rebekah has led Healing Justice Ldn as co-director, a social justice organisation that creates safe spaces for marginalised communities.
Before this she managed the Open Society Justice Initiatives’ Fair and Effective Policing (FEP) project, working to improve police relations with diverse communities, and is a founding member of StopWatch, a coalition that uses research and action to promote fair and accountable policing.
Rebekah will work alongside director of grants Klara Skrivankova to jointly lead our grant portfolio and 2030 strategy. She will take up her position from March 2025.
I’m thrilled to be joining Trust for London, an organisation committed to driving meaningful change and addressing the root causes of poverty and inequality in our city. I look forward to contributing to innovative solutions to create a more equitable, thriving future for all Londoners. Especially those that empower communities and champion racial, disability and social justice, as well as work to explore the origins of the Trust’s endowment.
