We are seeking applications from organisations that want to second a member of staff into the GLA’s Social Integration Team for one year.
We are making available three more secondment opportunities to join the GLA’s Social Integration Team as a Citizenship and Integration Project Advisor from April 2019. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to help the GLA develop and deliver high profile initiatives.
This is the 3rd round of the Citizenship and Integration Initiative, which brings together funding from independent foundations to work closely with the Mayor of London and the GLA, to empower Londoners of all backgrounds to participate in the life of their city and decisions which affect them.
Organisations wishing to apply will need to complete the Application Form below and provide the CV of the staff member in question. These should be emailed to applications@trustforlondon.org.uk by 5pm on December 14th 2018. We are willing to consider both full-time and part-time secondments.
Trust for London will offer a grant to the successful organisation which will cover:
- The secondees current salary,
plus a temporary salary enhancement to the secondee.
- £1,000 towards the costs of
recruiting.
- A management fee for the organisation of £5000.
The successful organisation will have a member of staff gaining invaluable experience during a year-long programme at the heart of London’s Government, and will be compensated for the experience.
It is a really fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference to their city.
