Deborah Ready

Deborah joined us in 2021 as HR Manager to oversee our people and office functions.

Prior to this Deborah has worked in the private and not for profit sectors with organisations that ranged from just a few employees to nationals and multinationals. Most recently she has worked mainly with not for profit organisations of fewer than 50 employees. While being a generalist, much of Deborah's work in the past 15 years has focused on helping to establish the HR function internally, improve people related systems, and facilitate culture change.

For leisure Deborah has many interests - two wheeled adventures with friends, whether cycling or motorbiking, feature most regularly.
