We're looking for a new co-opted member of our investment committee.
The appointed member will have experience in managing commercial property portfolios, strengthening the Committee’s capacity to assess:
- The appropriateness of its strategy in relation to its short and long-term objectives and its risk profile
- The merits of any changes to that strategy
- Whether the property investment advisers are executing the agreed strategy effectively
We're particularly looking for someone with:
- General property investment and asset management experience
- Sustainable property experience
- Property development experience
The ideal candidate will also have experience or appreciation of charities and the environment within which they operate.
Candidates should be passionate about promoting effective approaches to tackling poverty and inequality in London. We're committed to ensuring that our work at all levels reflects the diversity of London. We are keen to have board members that have lived experience of poverty and disadvantage in addition to the relevant skills.
We are keen to welcome applications from groups who are currently underrepresented on the Board, in particular people under the age of 35; disabled people; and people from Black and Minority Ethnic communities.
