Rosie Ferguson OBE

Rosie Ferguson OBE is incoming CEO of UK Youth. She has held senior roles across the charity sector, including as Chief Executive at Gingerbread, London Youth, and The House of St Barnabas and in senior programme roles at London Youth, Youth Business International and most recently at IntoUniversity.

Each of her roles have included a strong focus on tackling social and economic injustice, including having been a Commissioner on the London Fairness Commission and on the steering group of the Mayor of London’s Living Wage City initiative.

Rosie has a strong background in governance and served as Chair of ACEVO for six years as well as Chair and Trustee of several other organisations including the Centre for Youth Impact and Centre for London. In 2025 she was awarded an OBE for services to charity.
