The gap between rich and poor is more striking in London than anywhere else in the UK.

Our capital is home to more billionaires than any other city in the world but 25% of Londoners are living in poverty.

We know that this gap is damaging for everyone, but especially for those struggling on the lowest incomes. That’s why we fund research and projects demanding a fairer London for all.

What we're working on

Many people believe the housing crisis in London is due to a lack of land or suitable homes, but that simply isn’t the case. We want to uncover the hidden reasons housing and wealth is divided so unfairly in London.
